Titanic Timeline

I have learnt that in 1908-1909 Construction of the Titanic begins in Belfast, Ireland. In April 15 12:25 some of the woman and children went on the lifeboats and some of them got lost in the titanic trying to get to the other lifeboats. The lifeboat could have took 65 but only took 28 so they left 37 behind.

Badminton

On Thursday we went to badminton and our coach robby was teaching us how to play badminton.First we played a game the game was stuck in the mud but instead of the kid going under your legs they have to hi five your hands and then they are free.

 Second we had to get a buddy my buddy was Ava and she was good at badminton and i was kind of to but we had fun.Third we had to hit the Shuttlecock to each other and one of us had to hit it and the other one had to catch it and then we took turns.

 Fourth we had to try and hit the Shuttlecock in be tween our legs and if we did we got a point.Last but not least we played a big game and it was lin mention and if it hit the ground you had to sit out and watch the other people and there were only 4 girls and 4 boys and they were Ashley,Me,Rosalina and Finau and the boys are Owen,Judah,Harlem.John-lee and then there were two left and the winner was judah.

This is my Results and this is the one that tell you that i really done it i hope you enjoye it thank you so much please leave a comment.My Results would look the same it is because of the displacement and because maybe they are the same weight.

Boyancy

The Buoyancy push’s the wood stick to the top of the water and the stone sink because of the upthrust and sink to the bottom of the water and that is why that is called upthrust and buoyancy. A wood twig float’s because of the Buoyancy and not just buoyancy because it is the weight and because it is light and heavy. A stone sink because of the upthrust and not just of the upthrust because it the weight and how heavy but not light.

Prediction

Floating and Sinking

Floating and Sinking Why does a Stick float and a stone sinks? I think a stick float because it is light and not heavy I think that a stone sink because it is heavy but not light.If the upthrust is not light it will sink and if the upthrust is not heavy it will float.

Pirate Galleon

I have been reading more of my book called Pirate Galleon.When i was reading it was getting better. Charlie small was on a pirate ship and he said that he had friend there names were Captian cut-throat,Bobo anasty bit of a work,Rawcliffe Annie,Lizzie Hall has got incredible muscles,Mop head Kate was stolen from her home when she was a toddler and last of all the unfortonate Merchant.

 Every morning charlie has to make breakfast for them and dinner to and lunch but ghe get tired and does not want to do it but they told him to do it.When charlie tryed to pick up a Eel it shot straight at him.He had to pick up fifty to feed all the pirate.I will tell you more next time.

Buoyancy

My holiday highlight

Have you ever been 3 places i 1 day? During the school holiday on Wenseday i went to the movie with my mum,dad,sister,brother and me. We got to pick the movie to watch and we watch the lego movie.First we went to get something to eat we ate K.F.C and then we went to the movie to watch the lego movie. The lego movie was all right but we had fun on wenseday we went to alvin and chumpmuks and the zoo after the movies.When we went to alvin and the chumpmuks we went to get some butterchicken and eat at the alvin and chumpmuks after that we went to the zoo and saw all the animal. We saw lion,tiger,penguins,parrots,Hippos,zebars,pandas,and last of all the best on my brother loved was the monkeys he keep saying can we see the monkeys.Then we went home fr dinner we had chickenn and chips. That was he best day of my life because we went 3 places in 1 day.

The Boat Race

We have been reading about some students that research model boats the will move in water. Then the make some for a race in the school pool. If I was in the race I would build my boat and it would look like this here is a photo and there are other photo of other kind of boats.MY boat is made out of flaxs,card board and other thing to make it pretty and nice hope you like it.If i was racing a  boat it wound be a flax's boat because it look cool and it is good to have a boat that has a flax flag and to make the wind do it so it can be like with the wind power.

Why do some things float while others sink?

We have been seeing if thing will sink of float
Why do some things float while others sink? I think things sink because if the water is heavier than the water it will float and if the bottle is heavier than the water it will sink

My Book about Pirates

I have been reading a book about Pirates.It told me that it was a ture story i keeped readig it and it keeped getting interesting so then i keeped reading and reading it i really loved the boy name was Charlie Small he said "when was eight year old he really wanted to be a Pirate but than he Said "he was not growing but because he was till small i think that is why is last name is small an not tall.Charlie Small said"that somone took him on a Pirate ship when he woke up he was on the ship on the ship there were girls but there was no boy but him he said " what am i doing here i was just in a jungle not a ship.I think he felt scared not happy because there were all Pirate girls.There was a Pirate map that should the Pirate where to go that is why they need Charlie Small.
