What Am I ?

I have been learning all about 2D & 3D shapes. This games can be played with a partner or a group.
My and my group have been achieving a lot. We all think that the games is good because some of us do not know what 2D & 3D is and it can help us a lot. At the beginning of the game I was so confused , I didn't know what to do , it was because I did not read the instruction. When I read the instruction I started to get the hang of it. Attitude Talk

Hello , this is a presentation about attitude talk. Just a few weeks ago , a man named Paula came to our school to talk about attitude. He also talked about our four Hauora , it includes physical , mental and emotions , social and spiritual. I think that the additude talk was good for the year 7 and 8 because it also talks about how to treat other the way you want to be treated. Algebraic Expression

Hi , this is a presentation about sticking around but we call it algebraic expression. Algebraic Expression is something to do with letters and numbers for e.g A x 5 , the A is a mystery number that no one know because it could be any number. Four Fours

This is a presentation about the four fours. It is a game. what you need to do is roll a dice and the four number you get you put it in the four squares. It will have a target you need to aim for. Our Maths Test

Have you ever had a Maths Test?
Well for the past few weeks we have been doing test , I mean different kinds of test like Maths , Reading and also writing . I think that we do test because we need it for our report. I also think that the year 8 need it because they are going to college next year and they need to be in the right classes.

My favourite test would have to be the maths test. I say that because maths is my favourite subject. Today we done the maths test and I think that some of them were easy and some of them were hard.
The maths test has different kind of questions. I think that hardest test I have ever done would have to be reading. that is all I have till next time , thank you and please leave me a comment.

Hello and welcome back to my blog. Today I am going to write about Algebra Varibles. As Miss Berry was telling us about Algebra I did not know what to do , but as she was going on I started to get` the hang of it.
I bet you are thinking what is Algebra Variable? , well Variable mean something that changes ,
for e.g 5 + H = ?  , the H is a mystery number. So if I change the H in to a 9 it would look like this
5 + H = ? , 5 + 9 = 14 , and that is what variable means.Please leave me a comment thank you....

“Hello there my name is Eliza McCartney”. I was born on December the 11th , 1996 and I am also 19 year of age. My dream is to become a pole vault athlete and then teach kids how to make there dream come true.  

My father William McCartney previously competed in the high jump while my mother Donna Marshall was competing as a gymnast. I also attended Vauxhall school. Did you know I was in the same years as Lorde you know the singer , we even played netball together.

“Yah” I Yelled , sitting in the car feeling happy and excited waiting for my coach . As my coach was driving , I was ready to start but I had found out that my worst enemy was going to compete against me.  

I jumped out of the car and ran straight to the stadium to get ready to compete in pole vault but then I saw Ekaterini practicing , I suddenly started  feeling nervous and scared , I even started panicking.

Just as I was practicing , I suddenly had hurt my leg , I started to cry because I couldn’t compete in pole vault. Then Ekaterini came past and had started laughing at me , she even said “Shame now I am going to win not you.” I tried walking on it but it just made it worse.

As I was watching Ekaterini , she had already come first place , then it was a girl named Sandy Morris and then it was Alana Boyd . As I arrived at home , I ran to my bed and started crying as hard as I could.  Then all of a sudden I heard a knock on my door (knock knock).

I ran as fast as I could just to open the door. I slowly opened the door and at the door was Ekaterini , asking me if I was alright , that’s when I said “ Yes I am and well done for coming first.” Then she had left……..

Then suddenly I woke up , wondering if that was real or not , then I checked the time on my phone but it was only 4.00 am in the morning , “phew” I said feeling relieved that I hadn't broken my leg and that it hadn’t even started. …..

Olympic Medals

Immersion Assembly

Immersion Assembly

It was a Monday morning the first day of term 2. It was a nice fine morning.When I arrived at school I was so happy to see all my friends again.All the students of Pt England school went to the school hall to get ready for our school Immersion Assembly.

Today we have our school Immersion Assembly.Our school topic is about !!AS I SEE IT!!. Team 1 to 5 showed movies or did a performance , they all showed what they are going to do for this term.

Team 1 are learning about there favorite things like have chocolate , chip and much much more.

Team 2 are learning about different kinds of season just like Winter,Summer,Autumn and Spring they are going to paint and draw as well.

Team 3 are learning about build house.In the assembly team 3 showed a good movie showing how they made their house and that they had got ideas from a TV show.

Team 4 are learning how to make their very own comic book and they might even make their very own superheros.

"YAY" Well team 5 are learning about the four waka's and the maori colour, it showed me more about the waka's and what they stand for.Team 5 were really stuck because two of our teacher were sick so luckly Miss Garden and Miss Sadler helped us do our performance.My favorite one is team 4 because it would be cool and fun to make my own comic book and my own superhero too. My second one would be team 5 because I get to learn more about the waka's and what they represent.

Have you ever been to Paris well Mr and Mrs Burt went to Paris but first they went to Hawaii for a nice good holiday.Mr and Mrs Burt will not be at Point England School this term because they are on a holiday.  

Fiafia 2016

Today is Thursday 7th of April. Point England school is have a day when they have Fiafia. If you don't know what Fiafia is , well Fiafia is a time when we show the school our culture groups or even other thing. Tomorrow we are having our Fiafia it show you everything and there are even food for you to eat. So come along and watch our group and to have something to eat , it will make you happy and it will make your child feel proud of themselves well they are preforming. Most of the year we have been having Fiafia. If you haven't been to Pt England Fiafia well it is just like watching poly fest but with hip hop , jump jam and other pop groups. Before Fiafia we have our practice to make sure we know what to do and where to go.  Thank you so please come along and support us. Thank you ....
